What's Next?

Sometimes it is very frustrating that people don't take action to manage their own career. I guess people are still tied into the "loyal to the company loyal to me" concept that just doesn't work any more. Even so, people need to be paying attention to what is happening and be proactive in relation to what is happening.

It's the new year....

Generally the new year means lots of resolutions. And it also means those resolutions in relation to a career. Over the years I've learned that a blend of drive and patience is really the best. But it took me a number of years to begin to live in that way!
